I take this opportunity to welcome all staff and students back from Christmas and New Year season of festivities.

 We thank God who has kept us though some of our people like Josephine Namatovu third year Bachelor of Tourism Operations did not make it.

 This year 2020 is a leap year with one more day which means that we have to include extra work for that one day.

There are activities which the University would like to accomplish during the year:

1. The Construction of Wavamunno ICT Block.
2. Renovation of Kampala Campus; therefore we are appealing to all Alumni and Friends of Nkumba University to extend a helping hand financially.

On the Academic side, we are encouraging staff and students to work more diligently so that the good quality of the education Nkumba University offers is not only maintained but also taken to a higher level.

The world is entering the 4^th Industrial Revolution whereby Artificial Intelligence; internet of things, robotics, and the like will dominate the way people work.

So, all are encouraged to grasp IT (3^rd Industrial Revolution) seriously if they are to be competent in the 4^th Industrial Revolution.
