Under this activity the organising committee will formulate and define theme(s) for the event; agree and set dates; Recruit organising working committee(s) – ensure support within the organisation; and recruit conference staff/assistants that will work under the different committees. The following are the committees that will be established: 

  • Organising Committee (The VC,as the chair and all the members).
  • To receive and consider reports from the sub committees
  • General planning
  • Technical and  publications Committee (All Profs,Dr and All Deans)
  • Advertising Programs and proceedings Committee( Collins ,Barasa,Hakim)
  • Finance and Fundraising committee (The VC,Prof Asiimwe,Prof Byamukama, Joseph )
