Prof Martha Kibukamusoke

Professor Martha Kibukamusoke holds a Doctorate degree in Sociology and a Master of Arts degree in development studies from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University of South Africa. She is currently a research professor and PhD Coordinator with Ndejje University Uganda. For over 15 years, she was a Senior Lecturer and secretary to the Cavendish Journal of Social Sciences and Management with Cavendish University in Uganda. She has a wealth of experience both in research and programme interventions in human resource development, developing organizational strategic plans and developing training manuals. She believes that through research, new innovations can be initiated and developed. She has developed programmes and interventions for combating child labour, developing organizational strategic plans and developing training manuals. She is a professor of sociology within the framework of engage scholar academic network (ESCARNET) www.escanet.org with research interest in basic and applied research, ICT4D, social inclusiveness and digital divide, human performance enhancement among others. Prof. Martha Kibukamusoke is also a member of The network for education and multidisciplinary research Africa (NEMRA) where students are mentored throughout their academic journey as well as a research fellow with digital woman Uganda.
