Diploma in Criminal JusticeHakim Mulinde2023-03-14T11:34:47+00:00a) The Diploma Course covers a minimum period of 1 (one) Academic year, that is 2 (two) semesters.
b) A student may take longer than 1 (one) year to obtain the diploma where, in the discretion of the Examiners’ Board, he repeats a year or has been allowed a dead year.
c) The diploma shall be obtained within a maximum period of 2 (two) academic consecutive years, including, where applicable, a dead year.

- Applicants for Diploma programmes should hold:
- A Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with a minimum of 5 passes obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent.
- Uganda Advanced Level Certificate (UACE) with at least one Principal Pass, and 2 subsidiary passes obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent.
Or
- A certificate obtained after 2 years of post UCE study from a recognized institution;
Or
- Any equivalent Certificate besides UCE and UACE from a recognized institution.
