The goals of the MPLM Program are to train students into the procurement professional who shall: acquire required items to the organization in accordance with the “basic rights” of right quantity, right quality, right price, right place and right time; develop appropriate specifications to enable the suppliers supply according to the clients’ specific needs for each individual project; work in cooperation with the suppliers to in the form of relationships that will to the attainment of value for money in procurement
