Mrs. Martha N. Luyirika

Martha Ann Luyirika is a highly accomplished public administrator with over 20 years of experience driving excellence in organizational development, human resource management, policy analysis, and research. Her expertise in governance, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills make her an invaluable asset to Nkumba University.

She deputizes the University Secretary and is in charge of the Human Resource function at the University. She is self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic, has excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mentality and adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive in dynamic environments.

She provides comprehensive secretariat support to the University Council Committees to ensure effective service delivery.
