He is an Information Technology expert with over fifteen years experience in Computers and Communication Networks, Systems Development, Systems Security, Computer Forensics and Cyber Security.

Holds a Masters of Science in Computers Information Systems, Degree, University of Botswana. Bachelors Degree in Information Technology of Nkumba University – Uganda, also attained a Diploma in Computer Science and Applied Technology from Computers Professional Training Institute (Kenya)
