Dr. Frank Pio Kiyingi

Meet Dr. Frank Pio Kiying, the academic registrar at Nkumba University. Dr. Kiying holds a Doctorate in Education, with a specialization in higher education administration. He has extensive experience in managing student records and academic program administration, as well as in the development and implementation of academic policies and procedures. He also has a good understanding of the Ugandan higher education system and the different regulations that govern it.

As the academic registrar, Dr. Kiying is responsible for overseeing the university’s registration, enrollment, and degree-granting processes, as well as maintaining student records and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. He also works closely with other members of the university administration to develop and implement academic policies and procedures, and to ensure that the university’s academic programs are of the highest quality.
