Martha Luyirika is a professional Social Worker with a Masters Degree in Development Studies, Masters Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Social Administration and postgraduate studies in personnel, training management and development studies.

She has attained more than 20 years of experience in administration and management of organisations, staff and their welfare, human resource management, training needs assessment, development and implementation of Projects and training programmes and training of adults in particular.

She has built specific competencies in administration and management, budgeting, communication, development of work plans and monitoring and evaluation of projects as well as report writing and research.

Martha is a team player, self motivated, able to design work schedules and implement them with minimum supervision, a good listener with interpersonal skills and also able to lead and motivate others to achieve the desired results.

She is patient, friendly, and has people skills with adequate counselling and group dynamics skills.

She has a strong commitment and loyalty to professionalism and organisational culture and she is computer literate.

Martha Luyirika has been exposed to the organisations in South Africa, India, Kenya and Malaysia from where she acquired specific competencies and skills in project management, training and administration and management of both non government and government institutions.
