Our featured speaker is Noah Peter Wandulu, a Senior Cyber Security Analyst at the Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS), with a strong academic and professional background in information security and digital forensics. Noah holds a Degree in Information Technology from Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST), a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Security Management from Uganda Management Institute (UMI), and a Master’s in Information Security and Digital Forensics from the University of East London.
With expertise spanning cybersecurity governance, risk management, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and disaster recovery, Noah brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the mentorship platform. He has also undertaken additional training in cyber threat intelligence and AI-driven security, positioning him at the forefront of modern cybersecurity practice.
In his current role at UBOS, Noah is dedicated to protecting national statistical data and strengthening the Bureau’s cyber resilience, making his experience highly relevant to students, young professionals, and technology enthusiasts navigating today’s digital landscape.
