University Bursar

Finance department is an integral unit under the University secretary’s’ office and operationally interfaces with all Schools, departments and student community in day to day operations.

The Finance department among others focuses on providing better customer experience to staff and student community through timely updates on tuition remittances and daily engagements on academic operations. The department enhances university operations through revenue and expenditure management which is managed by Front office staff, backed up by revenue and Expenditure officers.

How to make University Payments

The University Uses Zee pay payment system that allows students to pay at their convenience by either using a mobile phone (Dial *272*6#), Bank drafts, EFTs and internet banking options

Using the above, students are encouraged to pay 40% on reporting 40% after six weeks and 20% before sitting for final exams. This system enables students to maintain their own records and can monitor their student portals.
