Benigna G. Bakakundana Epaju holds extensive academic qualifications and a wealth of experience in education and business studies. She earned a Diploma in Education with a specialization in Business Education from Kenyatta University College. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Education and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, both from Nkumba University, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Organization Development from the Uganda Management Institute.
With a strong background in secretarial training, Bakakundana Epaju has taught at notable institutions such as YWCA Vocational School in Mombasa and Temple College in Nairobi, Kenya. She also served as the Head of the Department of Office Management and Secretarial Studies at the former Nkumba College of Commerce and Advanced Studies.
Currently, she oversees programs in Secretarial and Management Studies, reflecting her commitment to advancing professional education. Her research interests focus on Education and Human Resource Management, areas where she continues to contribute her expertise.
