Prof. Monika Zagel Gudrun is a professor of Law, from Paris Lodron University (PLU) in Austria. She initiated a collaboration between Nkumba University SLAW and the Law programme at PLU. She was a guest of the School of Law at NU to strengthen the institutional collaboration between the 2 institutions.
