Univ. Prof. Dr. Karl Pebock started lecturing at Padagogische Hochschule Voralberg (PVH) in Austria in 2013. He is an expert in inter-Media Based Learning and a regular speaker on adult education. Currently, he heads the centre for Quality Assurance at PVH. He visited NU to support PVH and NU to establish a strong partnership in the area of Education.
