Nkumba University Vice Chancellor Prof Jude T. Lubega issues End-of-Year Circular with a long list of achievements, new partnerships, and infrastructural upgrades.

In the 12-page document addressed to parents, students, staff, and stakeholders, Prof Lubega lauded the university community for “successfully completing the August 2025 semester” before detailing what he described as a year of “major academic and institutional progress."
