Dr. Katharina Kreis is an expert in gender studies, based at Johannes Kepler University (JKU) in Linz, Austria. She visited NU as part of the international team that was collaborating with NU on a gender mainstreaming research project that was funded by AfricaUniNet organization in Austria. She facilitated a benchmarking workshop with NU management on the outcomes of the TARGET project and the gender equality plans for the European Union.
