Noeline is in charge of bursaries and scholarships, managing both the 30% and 50% schemes. She responds to online inquiries, handles Senate malpractice and bursary minutes, and manages routine work in the Academic Registrar’s office. Additionally, she issues academic documents and guides applicants on course selection and other academic procedures.
Noeline holds a Master’s Degree in Computing and Information Systems, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Technology, a Diploma in Computer Science, and a Certificate in Computer Studies, all from Nkumba University. She also holds a Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Entebbe Careers Institute.
