I’m mature committed, industrious, dutiful, creative, self-driven, hard working with a positive attitude in life and very cooperative. I have nineteen years’ experience as a trainer, mentor and a teacher in the field of institutional catering and hotel management.

In the last nineteen years I have been involved in various tasks in educational institutions typically including delivery, assessment, curriculum development and research and industrial training supervision.
