Deputy Speaker of Uganda’s Parliament, Rt. Hon. Thomas Tayebwa has urged Higher institutions of learning to leverage technology in teaching and learning.
Tayebwa said this while presiding over the opening ceremony of the 15th Higher Education Exhibition yesterday, 28th March 2025, at Kamukuzu, Mbarara District Headquarters.
Shortly after the official launch, Tayebwa was treated to an elaborate tour of the exhibition stalls, accompanied by Prof. Mary Okwakol, the Director National Council for Higher Education (NCHE).
