Dr. Racheal Kabuye Nansereko

Dr. Racheal Kabuye Nansereko is an accomplished academic, researcher, and consultant specializing in Procurement and Logistics Management. 

She was appointed Dean School of Business Administration on 1st June 2026.

For close to a decade, Dr. Nansereko has taught, supervised, and examined numerous undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, contributing significantly to the development of future professionals and scholars. 

She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration with a specialization in Procurement and Logistics Management from Nkumba University. Her doctoral research examined purchasing management practices and their contribution to the growth of women-led micro and small restaurants.

Dr. Kabuye’s research interests encompass procurement and supply chain management, supply chain integration, enterprise growth, and the economic empowerment of marginalized groups. Her scholarly work has been published in international peer-reviewed journals, and she has presented research papers at various national and international conferences.

Beyond teaching and research, Dr. Kabuye has demonstrated strong academic leadership through spearheading curriculum reforms, promoting competency-based education initiatives, leading grant proposal development as Principal Investigator (PI), and fostering inter-university collaborations aimed at enhancing academic excellence and research capacity.

Committed to impactful scholarship, Dr. Kabuye continues to champion participatory and context-responsive research and teaching approaches that empower students, strengthen communities, and contribute to sustainable enterprise development in Uganda and beyond. Her work reflects a passion for generating knowledge that addresses real-world challenges while advancing socio-economic transformation.
