Assoc. Prof. Melanie Wohlfahrt is a research associate and lecturer in the programm “Training for career changers into primary school teaching” at Technische Universität Dresden (TUD) in Germany. Her spectrum of work is in the area of Informal Learning, Teacher Training, Teacher Education, Lifelong Learning, Collaborative Learning, Pedagogy and Education, Cooperative Learning, Mentoring, learning in labs as well as on-the-job-learning. She has facilitated in a number of lectures and workshops at NU’s School of Education (SEDU) during her visits to NU on occasions, supported by the Erasmus + mobility for staff.
